Looks like your doctor is going just by your tsh. I've only been on this site for a while but I think most will tell you that you need to get your free t4 and t3 levels tested. This will help you see if your converting t4 to t3 adequately.

I am not on medication at the moment because I am in remission from Graves' disease. My TSH is 0.70 and I feel great when it is 0.80 I don't feel so great and when it is 0.54 I feel overactive ... we are all different and a normal healthy person usually has a TSH of around 1 like my son in law ... lucky man.

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies

Ask GP to test vitamin levels and thyroid antibodies

Bloods should be tested in morning when TSH is highestv

Reference ranges are needed to interpret tests, they are often in brackets and/or at the side of the result. Ranges vary from lab to lab so it's not possible to comment without them.

Also, as stated, TSH alone is not enough, you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 as a minimum, plus thyroid antibodies and vitamins if possible.

There are no thyroid hormone tests there - only TSH, which is a pituitary hormone as are the sex hormones tested. There are no ranges given although your Luteinizing hormone is marked as low (associated with secondary ovarian failure ie caused by pituitary problems). Are they testing for pituitary problems or ovarian failure? If there is a problem with your pituitary you need to get free t4 and free T3 tested and get an endo referral for central hypothyroidism
