Hi I have had my results and everything seems ok with my thyroid. So it remains a mystery as to why I feel exhausted and aching in my muscles.

Well, I wouldn't go as far as to say that. Your TSH says your thyroid is struggling. And, your FT4/3 are on the low side. I wouldn't be happy if they were my results.
Also, your inflammation is high, ferritin is low-ish, as are your folate, B12 and vit D. In your place, I would try and raise those levels a bit, starting with the vit D, as it's winter. But, low nutrients are a sign of a struggling thyroid.
So, don't give up on your thyroid. Keep testing to see how things evolve. Symptoms often appear long before problems show up in blood tests.
Hi Mrs Rose, my Ft4 similar to yours, all symptoms you have, diagnosed with M. E 6 years ago, life of hell, given up work felt so poorly, private gp treating me for hypo started on levo, grey goose commentated on my results a few weeks ago, my gp stated patients symptoms must be listened to, not just bloods. Hope this helps, go back as greygoose comments. 🤔
Your Vitamin D levels are only just within range, in my opinion you need treating with D. Low D can cause pain.
