Sleepiness with increase T4

Hi all, I increased my Levo from 100mcg to 112.5 mcg, started 8 hours ago. Today I’m sleepy, can’t stay awake, just dozing off while trying to read. Is this in usual. My results are in my previous posts. Now taking 112.5 Levo & 10mcg T3. Any thoughts? Much appreciated!!

Do you have you most recent blood test results. Can you post them with ranges? This will help.

Also how long since your medication increase,?
