B12 is high, are you supplementing?
Folate is fine.
Ferritin is recommended to be half way through range but that is an extremely wide range and a very high upper limit for a female. We usually see 13-150 or 15-300. Just my opinion but I would say your ferritin is fine.
You haven't put the ranges for white cell count and Red BC, you've put the result and unit of measurement, there should also be a range.
Yes to supplementing B12.

You don't need to continue with the B12 supplement. Our B12 store is good for at least 2 years so you will be wasting your money.
Are you taking a B Complex alongside your B12 to balance all the B vitamins, which is always recommended? If so, which one?
Red and white BC are both within range so are OK.
Blimey, well I didn't know that about B12 . Our store is good for at least two years. Is this age specific?
I do take B12 which come from a company called 'puretality' High strength formula.

Thank you so much to the fabulous folk who were kind enough to take time to read my results, good ones to boot (top of the mornin' folks).
I am now doing a scissor side kick in the air as I land on cloud nine.
I will pass on my good will to all of you knowing you will in time get much better than you have been feeling in the past.
I haven't heard that the length of time we store B12 is age specific.
From msdmanuals.com/en-gb/home/d...
"Unlike most other vitamins, B12 is stored in substantial amounts, mainly in the liver, until it is needed by the body. If a person stops consuming the vitamin, the body’s stores of this vitamin usually take about 3 to 5 years to exhaust."

If I were you, when you have finished your current B Complex I would change it to a better one, one that has the bioavailable forms of the vitamins - methylcobalamin not cyanocobalamin, and methylfolate not folic acid. Your current one has the synthetic forms.
After I improved my B12 and Folate to the recommended levels and just now need a maintenence dose, I changed to a whole food B Complex called Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw B Complex which is made from organic fruit and vegetables and I take half the recommended dose - 1 capsule instead of 2 - which gives 225mcg methylfolate and 66.5mcg methylcobalamin which should be enough for a maintenance dose, along with the other B vits.
