Hi guys for the past week I've felt like I've a lump in my throat and Im wondering whether my thyroid is enlarged. Does anyone have a good guide on checking for this? Im not sure what area Im supposed to be looking at. Thanks!

Would advise going to the GP. Are you diagnosed with a thyroid condition or new to it?
Long time sufferer. On Thai thyroid due to nature throid cost. Wasn't sure if dose increase required due to absorption of new meds or because of winter.
