Since last post 2 months ago had levothyroxine increased by gp to 175mg from 150mg on advice taken.
Here are results of blood test on 23.10.19 on 175mg levothyroxine.
Free t4 18.0 pmol/L (11.0-26.0)
Tsh 0.02 mU/L (0.27-4.2) states outside reference range.
Free t3 was not tested for unfortunately or b12 vit d so can't give results, however I am supplementing with better you vit b12 spray and vit d k2 from advice taken from forum.
Question is are these results still poor range not optimal, I am unsure due to tsh result been 0.02mu L and lab saying this result is outside reference range, I'm I at risk of becoming hyperthyroid with the above tsh result?. Tsh was originally 0.28 on 150 mg of levothyroxine which is within reference range.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

You cannot become hypERthyroid if you are hypOthyroid, it's pysically impossible. However, you can become overmedicated. TSH does not tell us if we're overmedicated. It's FT3 that does that.
Even though your TSH is below range, your FT4 is only 47% through it's range and even though your FT3 hasn't been measured with FT4 less than half way through range your FT3 will not be over range. So your FT4 is telling us that you are still undermedicated. But how do you feel?
Did you find out if you have a pituitary problem meaning that you have Secondary Hyothyroidism? If so then the TSH is irrelevant.
It might help if you read through that whole thread again.
You need to keep an eye on your nutrient levels so that you know they are improving and that you are supplementing at the correct level. It was recommended to retest Vit D 3 months after you increased your Vit D dose (suggested new dose was 4,000iu).
Thank you for your reply SeasideSusie. Still feel the same as I did on 150mg with no weightloss. Also i checked with gp who confirmed my hypothyroidism is not secondary. Will request a further increase of levo next gp visit and for all vit tests free t3 when blood work is retested after fasting overnight and blood draw is taken before 9am.
Strongly recommend getting full Thyroid and vitamin testing
Would suspect low vitamin levels
Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
