B12 is low. According to an extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:
"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".
"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."
ng/L is the same as pg/ml.
Do you have any signs of B12 deficiency - check here:

If so then list them to discuss with your GP and ask for further testing for B12 deficiency/pernicious anaemia. Many people with a level in the 300s have been found to need B12 injections.
Folate is rather low, only just over the low limit, it would be better in double figures. Eating folate rich foods can help, also a good B Complex containing methylfolate such as Thorne Basic B, Igennus Super B or a Whole Food B Complex.
**Don't start taking a B Complex if you have any signs of B12 deficiency, further testing should be done first.**
When taking a B Complex, we should leave it off for 7 days before any blood tests as it can give false results if Biotin (included in a B Complex) is used in the testing procedure.
Ferritin and eGFR have been covered in your other threads, As has your TSH.
