They look ok. I must say I’m disappointed - I’ve got severe CFS/ME.

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

Is this how you did the test?

What vitamin supplements do you currently take?

Vitamin D is too low.

GP will only prescribe to bring vitamin D up to 50nmol. Aiming to improve by self supplementing to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better .

Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Retesting yearly via vitamindtest.org.uk

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is good as avoids poor gut function.

It's trial and error what dose each person needs.

Your folate is on low side. You might benefit from supplementing a daily good quality vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast

Igennus Super B complex are nice small tablets. Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Certainly only start with one tablet per day after breakfast. Retesting levels in 6-8 weeks

Or Thorne Basic B or jarrow B-right are other options that contain folate, but both are large capsules

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

If vitamin D is low, B vitamins may be too. As explained by Dr Gominack

Thank you. Bloods were drawn at 9.15 am - no food only water taken as per instruction - so thanks. I’m not taking any vitamins at the moment and have just sent for Vit D spray - again as recommended. Will look at B vitamins you have mentioned. Thank you.

Thanks again - all information is appreciated. I’ve never had cortisol, DHEA checked. I’m seeing a forward thinking Endo privately next week - so I will ask some questions re the points you have made.

Also I have been reading about gut biome and started changes to everything I consume. Actually feeling less tired on all natural foods - so hopefully ....
