Your VitD would be better around 60 - are you supplementing ? As D is low it is possible B12 - Folate and Ferritin will be low in range too - which can make you feel unwell.

Maybe drop your dose and see if it helps ...

Take half your dose tomorrow and see if you feel any better, you may just be over doing it

To properly understand your illness, I strongly recommend you read “Hashimotos: Taming The Beast” by Janie Bowthorpe. It’s available on Amazon UK. Then you will be in a much better position to advocate for your own health. I have Hashimotos and adrenal fatigue and from what I can see, you haven’t even had all the relevant tests.

How long before blood test was your last dose of NDT?

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

If/when on NDT make sure to take last dose 8-12 hours prior to test, even if this means adjusting time or splitting of dose day before test

Is this how you did the test?

Vitamin D is too low

You need ferritin, B12 and folate tested

Hi Is this a recent thing? Ie did you feel ok on this dose before and now it’s changed recently or are the problems longer term? Maybe your over medicated.

2,5 grains of Armour is a very high dose. Enough to send your blood pressure high, so do take your BP ASAP. This is reflected in your low TSH - not that that is too important but it does indicate that you are probably over medicated. I know we are all different but I have no thyroid at all and I take 1 and a half grains of Armour and if I cheat sometimes and see if 1 and three quarters grains will give me an energetic day my BP shoots up and I get a headache. feel "twitchy" and can't stop the "Go, go, go and keep on going" feeling - and then I crash about 4:00 pm and want to sleep. Try missing out the 1/2 grain tomorrow and see if you are any better. It's the T3 that is causing the problem and it's effects (be they good or bad) will wear off about 8 hours after you have taken it. Oh, take your pulse as well (that's easy, do that right away), that's a quick and easy check to see if you are over doing it.

btw there are many other NDTs that need an average of 2.5 to 3.0 grains - but Armour isn't one of them, it is the strongest, I think, certainly one of the strongest. Maybe your doc was getting mixed up when he recommended the 2.5 dose.
