If you’re like be and have IBS you’ve realised you basically can’t eat a stick of celery without your stomach kicking off. As a result I’ve moved to juicing so that I can get the vitamins and such however without that evil fibre and I’ve started feeling much better!

Hello, wondering if anyone else has been doing much juicing and if so what ingredients do they believer are best

I’m very keen on juicing & my favourite recipes are from Rosemary Ferguson ‘Juice’. I have carrot and ginger daily and a green juice x3 week- celery, fennel, pear and spinach are my current favourite combo. I juice beetroot if I feel my heart rate is elevated and pineapple for any stomach ache. I have a Sage juicer and it zaps everything super quick. Happy juicing!
does beetroot not efffect your stomach or does juicing it make it barable?

I've been juicing for about 5 years. It works wonders for my system. I use smoothies as well as juicing.
My juices and smoothies contain baby spinach and available fruits. The smoothies contain extras as flax seeds (grounded), spices such as ginger (for inflammation) and tumeric for gut health.
