My medicheck has arrived so I’m going to do it in the morning. Do I post it back in the little pink box? And which postage is best to use. I’ve had no thyroxine since yesterday morning so will take it tomorrow morning after I’ve done the test x

Medicheck private blood test
They send you a pre paid envelope.
All you do is put the labelled blood tube in the hard plastic outer and put it in the envelope with the lab slip. Bin the original packaging and waste. Post. Job done
It's always best to pay for next day guaranteed delivery to make sure it gets there.
Do I post it back in the little pink box?
Printed on the inside of the instruction sheet there is a blue box which says "Checklist". Go through the list when you're ready to send your sample off. The bottom one says
"Do not include the box".
The illustrations in Step 3 - Pack and Post - show that the grey/clear plastic hinged protective pack the blood tube came in is used to return the sample in the pink envelope.
They need the blood back the next day. Their Terms and Conditions say

7.You must send samples collected in accordance with clauses 8.3 and 8.4 above to the laboratory using the pre-paid envelope provided on the day the sample was taken to ensure that it arrives at the laboratory the following day. Failure to do so may lead to deterioration of your sample which could affect the accuracy of your test results. We do not accept responsibility for results that are compromised due to delays in returning samples or where samples are lost in the post. If you are concerned that your usual postal service will not result in next day delivery, we recommend that you return your sample using a guaranteed next-day service. This will be at your cost.
First class post, even signed for, doesn't guarantee next day delivery. I always go to the Post Office counter and ask for Special Delivery Guaranteed by Ipm Next Day. The cost of this service should be £7.40. I have had the pre-paid first class return postage (70p) deducted from this price, it depends which assistant is on (I no longer question it, some say it can be deducted, some say it can't, I just count it as a bonus if it's deducted!). Get the receipt and keep it until you get email notification from Medichecks that your sample has been delivered. If Royal Mail fail to deliver on time you can claim the fee back as long as you have the receipt with the tracking number on.
