Have a nice bar of dark chocolate to give yourself a lift and it may also enable you to reach your goal. Mayaybe eat one half and the other half when you finish. You have to have some sort of a little treat for your effort.
oh chocolate sounds good but im diabetic now and wouldnt be able to stop until its gone
daughter came over and mentioned walking and i told her no because it was raining, anyway i landed up putting on my trainers and walking for a mile when the rain stopped..........almost killed me i was so out of breath
Oh! that's a shame you're now diabetic. Please don't kill yourself and treat yourelf to a 'little something' whatever will give you an uplift - even a plant which will be a reminder of what you have achieved in walking all those steps. Perseverance is clearly at No.1.
