Was out last night and well ate nothing then had something on way home as you do! And was sick after taking my Levo! Do I take another one now my tummy has settled or do I just leave it! Thanks 🙏 xx

I’m no expert but I would just leave it for today, Levo is long acting and takes several days to leave your system so to miss one day won’t cause a problem
