Have you had higher antibodies in past? TPO are near top of range- suggests Hashimoto's

Folate is deficient and B12 too low

Ask GP to test for Pernicious Anaemia before starting on a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.

Or GP should prescribe folic acid

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast

Recommended brands on here are Igennus Super B complex. (Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Certainly only start with one tablet per day after breakfast. Retesting levels in 6-8 weeks ).

Or Jarrow B-right is popular choice, but is large capsule

If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Low vitamin D and low B vitamins may be linked as explained here

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Vitamin D is too low. GP can only prescribe to bring vitamin D up to 50nmol. Aiming to improve by self supplementing to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol may be better .

Once you Improve level, very likely you will need on going maintenance dose to keep it there.

Retesting twice yearly via vitamindtest.org.uk

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is good as avoids poor gut function.

It's trial and error what dose each person needs. Frequently with Hashimoto's we need higher dose than average

Government recommends everyone supplement October to April

Ferritin is above range. Perhaps due to inflammation of Hashimoto's. Ideally GP should do full iron panel to see if iron is also high

HBA1c is quite high. Trying lower carb diet might help lower sugar levels

Are you on NDT?

How long before blood test was last dose?

Thanks for responding. My last dose of NDT was 24 hrs before the blood draw. I take 3 grains a day plus a Vit D supplement. Im wondering why things have changed so much since my last test in December 2018. Then, Ferritin was 149, T4 total was 85.9, Free T4 was 14, Free T3 was 6.14, RT3 was 15, RT3 ratio was 26.65, Vit D was 69, Vit B12 was 425 and Serum Folate was 26

Admittedly, I was taking a B complex supplement last year but apart from that, nothing has changed. I am now experiencing great pain in my hips.

Well, it looks like you need to supplement a good quality daily vitamin B complex continuously

Certainly many find that's the case

Your B12 and folate are now too low

What do you think could be causing my RT3 to rise? Do I need to increase my dosage?

Sorry, no idea

Low vitamins perhaps?
