Sophie

Your antibodies are over range confirming Hashi's, which you already know.

Your TSH, FT4 and FT3 are all still within range meaning you wont get a diagnosis. Your TSH needs to be over range with in range FT4 and then an enlightened doctor would diagnose subclinical hypothyroidism. If antibodies are raised where there is subclinical hypothyroidism then you should, ideally, be started on Levo.

Hi thank you. I had guessed as much. I thought i was going hyper with my symptoms. Do you think it's more towards hypo?

It's certainly not hyper. For a hyper swing you'd have a low TSH and your FT4/FT3 would be high or over range.

Hi it's just with the extreme heat all the time and weight loss, i assumed it would be more hyper than hypo πŸ€”

But as already explained by Greygoose in this thread, Hashi's is a mixture of both hypo and hyper

Yeah. I know . I understand that. I'm just praying for the day when my levels go out of range and i'm able to get treatment. That's the highest my TSH has been over the last 2 years. Always been below 2.
