Had thyroiditis last year took medication consultant took me off of thyroxine in September last year to see if my thyroid would go back to normal been feeling similar symptoms again hoarse voice tired hot / cold etc heart racing had bloods done serum free t4 15.7 serum Tsh 2.11 not sure if this is normal range
Those are results, not ranges. But, you need to give the ranges to make sense of the results. Your TSH is highish, but not yet hypo.
What made your endo think your thyroiditis was only temporary? Were your antibodies tested?
Had a full blood count & white cell s all normal
I ve also had Lh & fsh test & they are above range
OK, but were your antibodies tested? TPO antibodies?
And, what are the ranges for the TSH and FT4 you quote above? Ranges are the numbers in brackets after the results.

OK, so what were your levels when they stopped your levo? Your FT4 is rather low.
Quite a few opinions of your doctor's competence were expressed in your last thread, and I have to agree with them. He has no idea what he's doing, and he's a threat to your health. If you had thyroiditis - and what made him think you did? - the least he should have done was to test your antibodies.
I could, possibly, understand him wanting to do this experiment if your levels had been high. But, they were just average. A TSH of 1 is a good level, but it was only that level because you were taking 50 mcg levo. If you had been taking levo when you didn't need it, your TSH would probably have been a lot lower.
So, in answer to your question, I would say, yes, it is your thyroid again, and it always has been.

Definitely. You need to know your FT3 level. And your TPO/Tg antibodies. And, getting your vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested could also be beneficial, because they could be very low. I would describe getting a private test for all those things as an investment in your future health.
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also extremely important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins
