This month I started 25mcg of Levothyroxine with a TSH of 4.8.
Prior to this, my periods were variable but always arriving monthly. I’ve continued tracking ovulation and am currently on cycle day 24 with no positive ovulation test as yet. This is later than I would usually ovulate and does mean I now won’t have a period in March, if the tests are correct. Just wondering if my body getting used to a new hormone could’ve caused a slight delay as things attempt to regulate within my body and if anyone else has experienced similar?

Thanks for the response. I was questioning the negative opk but I’ve had a positive every month of tracking since November. I guess I’ll have to wait it out and see. If it is the medication hopefully it doesn’t throw out my cycles for too long.
The normal starting dose for an adult is 50mcg. I'd query why you are on such a low dose (which can often make you feel worse) and are not being treated according to the guidelines.
