I need to reduce NDT

Have Hashimotos Thydroritus gland adrified

and been using medi checks to monitor

Using 21/4 grains of Thyroid -s

This reading after fasting and 12 hrs blood test 5.30 am after last grain shows too much T3

How many days do l not use to lower and start again at 2 grains

Tsh 0.005 Range 0.27. 4.2

FreeT3 7.71 3.1. 6.8

Free Thyroxine 17.4. 12. 22

Today feel jittery !

It's not that far over range really, and as T3 has a half life of 24 hours, I would think just missing 1 or 2 days of NDT would be sufficient before reducing to 2 grains, or if you continue to feel jittery give it a couple of extra days until things settle down.

2 methods , l am still jittery today will see how l am tomorrow my heart rate is 72 bp 114/70 which is good temp 36.5 ( pulse normally about 64/66

I take 1,000 Vit c every day , Selinium 200 , l have OA which flares with peppers and tomatoes , spinach in everything will try liver pate and more black pudding and try Kiwi fruit it’s a fruit l always forget about ! , many thanks
