This is a little off-topic, but this paper links a whole lot of auotimmune diseases + anorexia to changes in the intestinal microbiome and the brain. This might give some clues to posters here who have similar problems.

It’s all about the gut. Even at BTA conference last year there was presentation of work triggered by getting different results from identical mice in different labs. Gut microbiome was suspected as the cause and was being investigated.
