I recently had some bloods done, but the GP didn't do the FT3. I've now had some private tests done and wondered if I could get any feedback please:
FT4 - 18.5 (9.0 - 25.0)
FT3 - 5.2 (3.5 - 6.5)
TSH - 0.02 ( 0.50 - 5.0)
I am taking 100mcg T4 and 5mg T3 daily.
My GP wants me to reduce my T4 as he says I'm over-medicated, but I do not feel over-medicated at all, and in fact have been feeling much better overall. Him wanting me to reduce my T4 prompted me to get the tests done again including the FT3 and I thought they looked quite good.
So the low TSH strikes again! From all of my reading, it seems such a concern for so many, including myself. I know how I feel and I won't be reducing my T4, but there's just that underlying niggle going against the establishment. I would love to hear from any others with similar suppressed TSH who feel well. Thanks in advance.
