Please can anyone help me with these results, could this mean I may have thyroid cancer ?

Looks like Hashimoto's to me (autoimmune thyroid disease) where the thyroid is attacked and gradually destroyed. This is suggested by positive Thyroid Peroxidase and Thyroglobulin antibodies.

Thanks i did think it was Hashimotos, but when i picked my results up it threw me when i saw the mention of cancer x
