Does anyone know of a reputable place to where I can buy tests for infections/virus' or gut infections?

My NHS blood tests keep showing an infection, for the past 12 years, and as usual the doctors just say nothing to worry about. Can anyone recommend anywhere I can purchase tests myself as I think this may be a cause of my Hashimotos. I've tried Medichecks and Blue Horizon but they don't do the kind of tests I am looking for.

If you really mean a gut (stool) test rather than blood, I've used Genova but am currently surveying other options. I should finish my survey in next day or so but note that cost is up to £360 or so.

There's a 2nd post on stool/gut tests started by livelifetothefull which you may have also seen. Hopefully others will reply to the post(s) so that we may get a consensus on what I believe us a very important health issue.
