You need to give the ranges for those results but your T3 looks high so possibly overmedicated.

Was this test as early as possible in morning and fasting, and last dose of NDT 8-12 hours before test?

Did you get vitamins tested too?

If not, when were these last tested and what vitamin supplements do you take?

My vitamins were tested and were all ok except my folate was low.I had my bloods done at 9.20am but I took my thyroid at 6am.

Can you add the actual results and ranges on vitamins

Often just being somewhere within range isn’t good enough. They need at be at good levels within range

How are you improving folate?

Did GP prescribe folic acid ?

6 grains might be considered a high dose. When you mention Nature's Thyroid do you actually mean Nature-Throid? I ask because some people have been having problems with the latter, recently, with a return of their symptoms and a need to increase their dose. It seems though, that what ever the reason, you are now quite over-medicated as your FT3 level appears to be about 50% above what might be expected to be the upper end of a reference range. However, without the actual reference ranges of your results it's only guesswork, so if you edit your post to include each of the reference ranges, folks can advise more accurately. Also can you clarify which antibody has the result of 11.400.

Hi Keira26

I think you might have just done a copy and paste, perhaps, from your Medichecks results. They don't make an sense the way they are presented I'm afraid.

They need to have the reference range next to the test result like MaisieGray mentioned below. For example (I've made up these figures)

TSH: 2.5 (0.2-4.2)

FT3: 16.4 (12-22)

B12: 600 pmol/L (140-800)

Ferritin: 30 (15-150)

Please also put the unit of measurement next to results for Vit D and B12.

At the moment we can't tell what result is for which test, nor which reference range belongs to which result.

You can edit you post by clicking on the downward arrow V next to the word MORE below your post then choose EDIT. Make any changes then press to submit.

Once we can see your test results and ranges then members will be able to comment.

Just to clarify - did you take any medication/grains before your blood sample was taken? If so, you need to get them re-tested.

Your T4 is pretty ideal, your T3 seems too high (overmedicated). However if you took NDT/T3 before your blood sample was taken, this result is invalid.

Antibodies seem to be on the low side so that's good. But we really need the reference ranges for each result to be sure.

You need to edit them for folks to make sense of them. and remove extraneous information - especially your full name and DOB for security.

So, have it read something like this:

FT3 9.86 (3.10 - 6.80)

for example.
