buenos días, alguien tiene experiencia en como tomar T3 sóla. Yo estoy teniendo bastantes problemas y no se si tomar más o menos. Ahora tomo 25 mcg. cada 6 horas.
estuve un tiempo mejorando bastante , pero empecé a tomarme temperaturas y creí que debía subir la dosis, y aunque las temperaturas subían luego bajaban y yo cada vez peor.

Yo tomo T3 and lo que me dice el endocrinologist (medico, no se como se traduce), es que el mejor es tomar poco al empezar y luego, despues de unos meces or anos, tomar poco mas. Me dice tambien que lo mejor es tomar tres veces, o quizas cuatro por dia. Primero temprano, segundo cerca de mediodia y tercero por la tarde a que se puede dormir. Si le tomas a noche pueda quo no podria dormir bien.
Otros dicen que lo mejor es tomar todo en uno durante las horas muy temprano del dia, por ejemplo a las tres.
Yo tomo 30 mcg cada dia de T3 y tenia TSH a sobre 95. Se que otros toman mucho mas.
No se si hablas ingles pero se han pedido si pueda usted traducir a ingles, por Google si quiere, a que puedan todos entender y responder.

I am taking four times, but never know if it time to do or if my dose is correct. I have tried taken all in one dose waking up but don´t works for all the day. the same dose that I take during all the day taken all in one reach at about 8 hours for me. That´s I feel
