Do you realise that you have posted on a forum about thyroid problems?
This is not a general medicines advice forum, nor a blood/heart forum, and quite possibly few, if any, here have any experience of that combination.
Tramadol is highly addictive so go back to your GP and ask if there is an alternative. I know it works well, but it is hell to come off!
