New results - thoughts?

I’ve just received my latest results. I’m currently 175mcg levo and have been since increasing from 150mcg about 6 weeks ago. After the increase, I immediately felt a LOT better but sadly this only lasted about three weeks before my symptoms returned.

I (most days) suffer from muscle weakness, random aches and pains and really bad brain fog! Like, really bad!

Anyway, I’m tempted to trial adding some T3 as I feel this might be the extra “oomph” 🤔 I’m needing. It feels like my whole body is lacking in that last bit of energy.

I’d be interested to see what people make of my results... they’re a lot better than they were a year ago, so I’m headed in the right direction.

I’m currently supplementing (and have been for a while) with B12, B complex, Vit D with mk2, Vit c, selenium, zinc and magnesium and iron.
