Varying levo dose on different days

Might be a silly question, but should we be taking more levo on particularly physical days, as I do two days a week of very physical work, but feel wrecked afterwards. Just not sure how this works, currently taking 100mg a day

It wouldn't help, because levo is a storage hormone and takes a while to convert to the active hormone, T3. The effects are not at all instantaneous.

If you are feeling wiped out after physical activity, I would suggest you are either under-medicated every day, or, you have a conversion problem. But, would need to see FT4 and FT3 results to know. :)

Hi Gordon - I am a thyroid patient but also an AI 2 patient which means diagnosed Adrenal insufficiency - I have found that if it is colder I need slightly more and I mean slightly and if warmer I need less - BUT...............this may be because the adrenals are so closely connected to the thyroid. Also it helps that I on a liquid thyroid hormone due to lactose intolerance and it is easier to up or decrease the amount.
