Looks good. How do you fee? However, folate is way too low and CRP shows some inflammation

Thank you for your reply. I feel well, but the weight has not come down enough. And yes, the inflammation needs looking at I think. And I need to eat more liver to keep the folate levels up.

There's more folate is in beas, peas and lentils, eggs and leafy greens, than in liver.

Thank you for your reply, and will adjust my diet a bit and see if that makes a difference to the test results next time.

How do you feel?

What doses of Levo and T3 do you currently take? You can't raise your T3 dose, you're close to the top of the range already and an increase in T3 will take your FT3 over the top.

Are you addressing the Hashi's with a strict gluten free diet and supplementing with selenium? Your CRP might be high due to the Hashi's.

Liver does contain a good amount of folate but it will also raise ferritin due to it's high iron content, and your ferritin level is high enough. To raise folate you need lots of leafy green veg and/or a good B complex containing 400mcg methylfolate (not folic acid).

Thank you for your reply. And I have not been taking the selenium and B complex lately, and will start again. Also my diet needs adjusting, I am mostly gluten free but need to be more strict. I feel much better than a year ago, but could help myself feel even better. Having the test results concentrates the mind a bit!
