Advice / anyone have similar ?! 👍🏻

So ! I have raised ferritin levels & B12 and just been diagnosed with reactive hypoglycaemia.. oh and slight raised Bp! Is there any correlation with any of these things to what’s going on ?!

Further blood testing scheduled on Adrenal glands - cortisol? Strachen tests etc shortly !

I’m jittery on a morning and so cold .. yet by 4 pm .. into the evening I’m warm and toasty ! What would be best thing to eat / do in the morning .. I normally eat baked oats/ or overnight oats with fat free yoghurt & fruit . I will be purchasing a blood monitor this weekend to keep an eye on things. This evening I borrowed a friends .. blood 6 pm 7.6 .. had my dinner and 8 pm my bloods where 7.5?? I’m going to do the morning one too.

Advice on any of the above appreciated

What you need in the morning is protein - an egg or something - to support your adrenals. What you don't need at any time is fat-free yoghurt! Animal fat is one of the good fats, and your body needs good fats. So, get full fat yoghurt, instead. It'll taste better! :)

Hi

Do you know why your b12 and ferritin are high. My TSH is borderline hypothyroid but my b12 and ferritin are raised. Feeling worried.
