Thanks for replying to my previous post guys.

It prompted me to ask for copies of the tests rather than accepting ... "They've come back normal."

When I said that I had been prescribed vitamin d ... That is over a number of years. The last time being in February following blood tests then.

I'm listing results that I see as unusual or pertinent.

The latest results I have for T3 and T4 are the only time I have been tested.

If you can comment further ... Or anybody else notices anything important ... That would be helpful and appreciated.

Members will respond to your other results. However:-

Serum TSH level (XaELV) 3.86 mu/L (0.35 to 5.5) was 4.35 on 18.2.18 and 4 .46 on 2.7.18

TSH is on the high side

Free T4 (XaELV) 13 pmol/L (9.0 to 23.0)

Free triiodothyronine (XaERq) 4.3 pmol/L (3.5 to 6.5)

Both FT4 and FT3 on the low side.

This is from TUK:-

Vit B12 is on the low side - better to be nearer the top. You can supplement with methylcobalamin sublingual B12. The aim is to be nearer the top of the range. Deficiencies in B12 can also cause dementia etc.

The aches and pains should be helped once your vitamin D levels are better. Are you now taking k2 and magnesium as advised by SeasideSusie after your last post?
