i just got mine through today 100mcg tablets

do i take with thyroid meds or do i need to leave a gap?

The only thing you should take with thyroid meds is a glass of water 🙂 Best to leave 4 hours between imho

I took selenium, 200mg. I was told by my consultant that it's only effective for the first six months of being diagnosed overactive thyroid. It is to help with graves disease.
