Dr Carolyn Dean has developed a product called ReMag which is picometer sized and able to get into cells easily. UK distributer is BotanicaHealth. I am just about to start using that alongside Epsom salt baths distributer WestlabWholesale laboratories. The vitamin C I am currently using is liposomal by Quicksilver Scientific distributer is ProActive Healthcare.

Dr Carolyn Dean has a website and more can be leatnt about ReMag and other products. You might also want to look at ReMyte which contains all of the minerals required for the thyroid to work optimally.

Dr Chris Shade has excellent YouTube podcasts on their products.

Agree with mourneadventurer about ReMag - it is good. It does not cause loose bowels. Carolyn Dean also recommends Calm if you suffer from constipation. That’s available on Amazon. A lot of people swear by it.

Thanks for this, after another hour or so of research I have just ordered ReMag from BotanicalHealth it seems to be the best value. Also Viridian Organic Vitamin C Powder. I am keen to get the soluble stuff as I have a hiatus Hernia and am taking raniditine (at the moment) however hoping to reduce them with diet. Will let you know how I get on.
