Absorption query

This may be a silly question but if my absorption of levothroxine is better through recent changes (gluten free diet and taking vitamins ) does this mean that my TSH level will become lower? It is already maybe slightly too low at 0.16. But T3 levels are too low also.

This is a really helpful website and I am learning lots about my condition, having battled with Hashimoto’s for 15 years.

Often TSH increases as vitamin levels improve

Perhaps because we feel better and can do more physically or perhaps because improving vitamins allows Thyroid hormones to work better
