Apparently you can, it's been mentioned on here a few times lately.

TPO 14.9 0.00-34.00

These results from your other thread, however, do not confirm Hashi's, the result would need to be over range to confirm it.

No. TPO is autoimmune thyroiditis (hashimotos). TRab or TSI antibodies are Graves. It is possible to have both Graves and Hashis.

I have high TPO but there has been no mention of Hashimotos. Would there need to be other issues for this to be diagnosed?
