Getting T3 reinstated

Hi, how do I go about getting my T3 reinstated please? My thyroid levels were holding steady on the combi therapy of Levo and T3 and I was given the T3 by my previous endo due to poor conversion of T4 to T3 and continuing hypothyroid symptoms with a top in range FT4 and low in range FT3.

I was diagnosed in 2012 with hypothyroid. Symptoms without my T3 are continuing and I am sure getting worse. Thyroid levels have not stabilised since being taken off the T3. I go to Bristol Royal Infirmary in Bristol, United Kingdom.
