Are you still taking 2 grains of NDT? How long between starting the two grains and doing this test?

Always helps to know what dose you’re on KetoYogi - I’m guessing NDT? If so, it’s looking like you might be under replaced.

Hello, yes sorry it's been 5 weeks on the 2 grains a day. I had to do the blood test early as I am now away for a while. I do feel much better on 2 grains and dont feel hyper so I am not too worried about the low tsh level...

Just bumping this up, does anyone have any thoughts on my blood tests. I am mainly interested to see if my free t3 and T4 look ok and me vitamins, I am happy with the low inflammation (considering I have hashimotos) and the TSH level.

Thanks in advance! x
