Always hungry

Can’t seem to stop eating! The more I try to eat sensibly the worse it gets.

Anyone else like it?

Could it be meds (or just needing self control?)

On atorvastatin, ramipril, Levo 75mcg.

I thought it was anti depressants making me have an appetite but been off them over a year.

Any ideas?

Have you tried a ketogenic diet? And no artificial sweeteners. Even stevia can cause your brain to demand more food (unless it is the whole leaf). Rampiril can cause low blood sugar so being able to burn fat for energy ought to be helpful. Statins might cause you to crave food because they cause low B12 - B12 and CoQ10 supplements essential with statins.

Thank you so much, that’s very helpful. I did try keto and have slipped off it as spiralled out of control following a bout of migraines. I have a lot of sweeteners in tea so will look at stopping those.
