Have just got my latest blood test results, would really appreaciate your help!! I am currently taking Calcium tabs as it was ever so slightly low and Hemaplex for anemia

I think you need to help us out a little here, by telling us what you're taking - levo? T3? NDT? I couldn't find that information on your profile.

Take calcium supplements really isn't a good idea, and surely not necessary if your calcium is only a little low. Best to get it from food, so eat some high calcium foods. :)

Well, sorry, need more than that. Have you ever taken any thyroid hormone replacement? If so, why did you stop? Your TSH says your thyroid is not very happy. Have you had your antibodies tested?

Your ferritin and folate are much too low.
