Medication for the neck swelling on my left side of my neck.

Hello everyone... I have been with neck swelling on my left side of my neck, so I have been with it for some 8month months from now and it's still not getting better. So I have try everything or every treatment so still didn't got the that problem of making the neck to swell. And I have try a little scanning on my neck and still no results for that, and I try a company called GREEN WORLD INTERNATIONAL they gave me some medicine as mentioned here. Ginseng RHs capsule, Ganoderma plus capsule, A-power capsule or A-puissance, and Aloe Vera plus capsule... So I have been taking these drugs or medicine but still no change experienced in my left side of my neck swelling.... So can anybody help me please.
