TIROSINT or similar - Gluten/lactose/corn Free

Hello all,

I’m a kiwi living in Dubai with Hashimotos. All the Levothyroxine medication brands here in Dubai contain Lactose and Corn, both I’m allergic too. My husband travels for work and I’m hoping to find out which countries sell Tirosint (or something similar) which you can buy over the counter?

i was able to get tirosint in Italy without a prescription (well, one chemist did ask, but none of the others did, and there's hundreds of chemists! Virtually in every corner in Rome!)
