I currently am taking 88mc Levothyroxine. I have been on this dosage for many years. Aug my TSh was1.58, free t4 and T3 were within normal range. January my TSh went down to 0.68, they did not test my free t4 or t3. Not sure how to proceed. Any help would be great
I'm afraid we need the ranges for those results, because they vary from lab to lab. However, I very much doubt you could be optimally dosed on 88 mcg. It's a tiny dose.

TSh 0.22 lab range 0.35-4.94 normal range
Free t3 4.19 lab range 2.6-5.7 normal range
Free t4 19.27 lab range 9.0-19 normal range
Well, it's not so much that you need to have it adjusted, it's more that you need it change. Your FT4 is over-range. But your FT3 is just about mid-range. So, you have a conversion problem. You need your levo reduced a tad, and some T3 added to it.

OK, well Marz explains it very well below. But, you are going to need to learn about your disease, if you want to get well, because doctors know nothing about it. You are going to need to know more than them or they are going to continue to mistreat you in this way - and you are being mistreated by ignorant doctors, to have labs like that, I'm afraid.
Conversion is when the T4 you are taking converts into T3 in the body. T4 is a storage hormone and converts into the ACTIVE hormone T3 in the body. T3 is neded in every cell of the body.
For good conversion you need optimal levels of B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD. Have they been tested ? Do you have results ?

VitD results 71.9 lab range insufficient below 75 I am taking liquid vitD will up my dosage B12 not tested-folate-ferritin doesn’t look like I have been tested for this.
So maybe good to have B12 - folate and Ferritin tested. VitD is better around 100. Are you also taking Vitk2-MK7 with your VitD - also Magnesium - both are important co-factors. Found you post difficult to read without full stops 
How do you feel?
Like something is not right with my body. I thought I was just having a hard time with menopause. But my symptoms remind me of when I was first diagnosed with hyperthyroid disease at 18 years old. Can’t sleep moody,nausea,. I wish I could say I was losing weight but minimal just losing inches.oh yeah I keep getting lost for word, when I am trying to talk.

So, did you have your thyroid removed? Or do you have high antibodies?

So are you thinking that you may be overtreated now?
That’s what I was thinking. Or else my gland is acting up and the first treatment years ago did not totally kill the thyroid gland.
Having private blood tests, which ones please do I need the most please as this feeling urgent now?
Do I need to tweak my T3 or T4? After feeling so much better hypo symptoms have returned. 
I have been on 25mg Levothroxine for 6 days and feel terrible
I finally have my results!!! What do people think is wrong?
