Hi everyone. I had some bloods done on Friday and the results are -
Tsh - 2.79. Range (0.3-4.5)
T4 - 14.9. Range (10-22)
I’m on 50 of Levothyroxine. Two months ago my tsh was 0.07 and my t4 was 21. The endo wrote to me suggesting I come completely off Levothyroxine which of corse I refused. I don’t understand the jump in results as I haven’t changed anything. My results state Normal, no action!! Do I need to speak to the Gp or just leave things as they are?

But it's not 0.07 any more, is it. Now it's too high. And your antibodies are the most likely explanation of why the level is jumping around. You have Hashi's. You actually need your TSH suppressed.
Good idea. But, you might have to insist. Don't be fobbed off! Once you are on thyroid hormone replacement, the TSH should be one or under, and FT4 up near the top of the range. A low TSH by itself does not mean you're over-medicated.
