vibration and palpitations

I have hashimoto, along with diabetes on pump, I have been waking with vibration and as I fall asleep, but ill get palpitations when I realize I'm falling asleep with book in hand,and I'll get that vibration with the palpitations as a frightening feeling,fight or flight feeling. I had little of it yrs ago and got put on levo,but didn't feel those anymore til past few months, so why would it start again and worse? think I just need raise in med? It's quite uncomfortable!

I don't, was told hashimoto appx 13yrs ago,have other health issues. I I just had bloodwork done and see my endo Dr on 3/20. Also,I do have something I don't know name, had weird innitials like 'MHFT- ? I know it affects my ability to process pholate , my brain cant turn it into its enzyme its supposed to be and taking the pholate doesnt help cuz i just cant absorb it.

I certainly will remember that. I never have my results given to me,only told to me,so im not sure herehow law is bout drs giving patients all the paperwork in the states.hmm.not sure,i will ask on 20th when i see my endo

Also type I - and get vibrations and palpitations not only when hypoglycaemic but also when blood glucose is dropping. Never had it before taking Levothyroxine and hypothyroid symptoms. What is your blood sugars like when it is happening?

Well, to be honest I haven't paid attn, being severe diabetic I'm usually too high,however,this past month I've done better than in long tine,going to bed sugars around 200,slightly less at times. I wonder bout this levo,cuz I've been told the generic synthroid made ppl I know worse
