Hi I have been taking levothyroxine 75micrograms since 2005, I also take loratadene Omeprazole, Ranitidene and Hydroxychloroquine .
I have had a liver biopsy in the past that confirmed Autoimmune hepatitis, I also have autoimmune Urticaria and some joint pains which are put down to an immune problem also constant heartburn which has in the past resuted in an oesophagal ulcer. I pretty much cope on a day to day basis but what totally distresses me was the hair loss that has never recovered, I know I was post menopausal when all this happened but up to 2005 my hair was so thick and no problems, My doctor says my blood results are fine ( I will ask for a printout) but has anyone any ideas?

Two - majority of hypothyroid patients have LOW stomach acid, not HIGH stomach acid. Both have virtually identical symptoms but very different treatment
But you MUST NOT just stop omeprazole
Omeprazole or any PPI tends to lowered vitamin levels

All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
If antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
