Hi I have been on thyroxine for 10 years, 100 mcg. Recently have developed awful night sweats that wake me hourly, otherwise I feel well. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be thyroid or medication related? Blood tests are within my usual limits. Also wondered about swapping to take thyroxine at night see if this helps.

Get GP to test B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D

Low B12 can be cause of night sweats

What's your most recent TSH, FT4 and FT3 results?

Do you have Hashimoto's also called autoimmune thyroid disease diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies?
