1. Does anyone know why serum B12 can be very high in the absence of any diseases that cause elevated levels? My Dr has no clue.

2. I have a low B12 binding capacity I'm guessing most likely related to 20+ yrs of chronic PPI use for severe reflux and Barrett's esophagus. How does one test the liver stores?
