There's no history in your Profile - just your name - I am assuming you know you have an Autoimmune Thyroid Disease called Hashimoto's - the commonest form of hypothyroidism. The antibodies can be reduced by eating Gluten-free.

If your doctor is any good he would increase levo as the aim is a TSH of 1 or below. The fact that both your FT4 and FT3 are at the bottom of the range you need increases in levo to bring both nearer the top of the range. Both are languishing at the bottom.

Other members will also respond, particularly about vits/minerals.

Hi Shaws, yes I know I have hashi, feel I spend most of my time fighting for increase in levo. Have seen an endo who agrees with less than 2, and can go to 1 but previous test in Dec was 1.67 so gp said no. Spent Xmas feeling awful.

The gp should follow endos advice, your tsh is no longer in the 1.0 to 2.0 range the endo recomended, there is no point in them asking for specialist advice and then ignoring it. Most people feel best in the 0.2 to 1.0 range

Are you strictly gluten free?

Obviously your dose needs increasing. FT4 is much too low, so is FT3

Your ferritin is extremely high. This should be flagged up. It may be due to Hashimoto's, but it should be looked into

B12 and folate are on the low side. You might consider supplementing B12 and a good vitamin B complex

No vitamin D test?

Vitamin D came back low 2 months ago so supplementing and will retest in 2 months.

How much are you supplementing? We often need a surprisingly high dose to improve

Plus magnesium and vitamin K2 Mk7 is good idea too when on high dose vitamin D
