Severely deficient ferritin can indicate iron deficiency anaemia but your red blood cell evaluations seem to rule this out. Has your GP done an iron panel and what is GP doing about the deficient ferritin?
Folate is deficient and GP should prescribe 5mg folic acid. If B12 deficiency is suspected GP should initiate B12 injections 48 hours prior to you taking 5mg folic acid and investigation should be done as to whether you have pernicious anaemia causing deficiencies.
Vitamin D is deficient and 800iu is insuffient to treat deficiency. 800iu is a maintenance dose to be prescribed after vitd is replete at >75. Your GP should refer to local guidelines or the cks.nice.org.uk/vitamin-d-d... My GP prescribed 40,000iu daily x 14 followed by 2,000iu daily x 8 weeks which raised vitD from <10 to 107. Vitamin D should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
