Ferritin 15 (15 - 150) iron stopped in May 2016 due to iron infusion

Folate 1.9 (2.5 - 19.5) waiting 8 months for a B12 injection so can't start folic acid yet

Vitamin B12 181 (180 -900) waiting 8 months for first B12 injection

Vitamin D total 26.6 (25 - 50 deficient) taking 800iu D3 since 2013

Insist on B12 injection this week. Put in complaint in writing to practice manager.

Ask advice on PAS healthunlocked too about this. It's completely unacceptable

Ferritin you need full iron panel and another iron infusion

Vitamin D, 800iu is never enough with thyroid issues

Buy yourself Better You vitamin D mouth spray at 3000iu strength. Try one spray per day and retest in 2-3 months. If still low increase to 2 x per day

You need level up to around 100nmol

Will need maintenance dose once reach required level. Trial and error what you need. Test twice yearly
