I think, before I took vitamin drinks I would check to see if I was deficient in any before I began to take it.

Your vitamins/minerals may be optimal at present but you'd need a test to determine whether or not you are deficient.

Thank you, I have drank half of it now. But I will ask docs to check.

I would think those vitamin levels are enough to help you achieve your GDA, but not enough to address deficiencies.

If you are hypo, it's very unlikely you need extra copper or iodine. Very few people need extra calcium. Taking to much of these things can be very unpleasant indeed.

Also, it contains iron, which will block absorption of all the vitamins. And, the calcium will bind to the iron, so you won't absorb either of those, either.

Like most multivits, it's just a huge con and a waste of money. Designed for the 'worried' well, and only of benefit to the manufacturer!

Don't waste your money. Eat real food and supplement with good quality vitamins where you are deficient. Photo is impossible to read and doesn't show the ingredients. Post a link to the real thing
